I hope all is well and this letter reaches you in good health and spirits! As you sit back and reflect on the year 2016, I'm sure there are a few things you were looking to accomplish that for some reason or another you simply did not get to complete the mission. The number one thing on many people's list is their New Year Resolution. We all have a habit of going into the New Year saying "this is the year I get fit," "New Year, New Me" or something along those lines. I'm guilty of it, as well as many of people across the world. 2017 is the year we all stick to our resolution of dropping a few pounds, tightening up that midsection, gaining some muscle or just becoming healthier overall!! We will make a PLEDGE today as we read this blog, that we will do whatever it takes to not only reach our goal but SMASH IT! If we all commit one(1) hour per day, three(3) to five(5) times a week, we all will be proud residents of this amazing place I call Resultsville, USA! The perfect combination of HARDWORK & DEDICATION will have you on that fast track to the body you've been dreaming about! Do away with all the reasons as to why you can't make it happen and MAKE IT HAPPEN!! Most of us will not be able to go on this journey alone, so grab a buddy, boo or bae and hold each other accountable. TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK!!
