I joined RHBC Fitness 2 years ago, always worked out but wasn't seeing the gains that I would like. Terrell Harris or Coach Rell as I call him invited me to bootcamp to check it out as a warmup to a workout we would later do at a local gym. First day in, he mentioned some insane workout including 1500 reps or 150 reps of 10 exercises. I thought to myself this dude here crazy but I joined him and completed it. Ever since I been a fan of the brand and know who to call for an all- inclusive/extensive workout. Along the way I seen Coach Rell change countless lives, make people happy about themselves. Within this past year and 1/2 I can truly say that my life has changed. I started my journey with RHBC Fitness in March, 2014 with the intent of loosing a couple of pounds for my 30th Birthday Bash in July, 2014. Little did I know, this would become my new way of living. The Owner, Terrell Harris is very helpful and passionate about what he does. He assisted me with workout plans, and different options for meals and snacking . Anyone who has been, or is currently on this journey knows it can be very stressful in the beginning. The owner was there every step of the way whether it was offering a word of encouragement , answering questions, or just been a listening ear. He will push you to the limit quitting is not any option. I've also attended one of his bootcamp sessions and that was also awesome. It was the best ten dollars I've spent. As of today I've lost 35 lbs and I'm looking good and feeling great!!!! I have gone from not exercising to exercising 5 to 6 days a week. Exercising is no longer a chore, it has become a hobby and eating healthy has become a part of my lifestyle. I was taking medication for Diabetes twice a day and now I only take it once a day. This was no walk in the park but nothing worth having is. I will say it was worth my while. I've always loved myself but I love myself even more now that I know how strong I am. It is now my duty to teach and inspire others. Thanks to RHBC I am now a facilitator for a Healthy Eating and Nutrient Program at my job. If you are looking for somewhere to start. I started my fitness journey in July 2014. I was never one to work out and had limited physical activity. Outside of walking during my commute to and from work, I did absolutely NOTHING. Working a desk job didn't help either. I decided it was time to get active and see if I could get in shape the right way - with better eating habits and physical activity. I decided to try RHBC Fitness boot camp one Friday evening and I've been going 3 times a week every since. Once I started to see the results of healthier eating habits and the work outs, I was confident that Terrell's regimen was working! He motivates me and pushes me to my limits...and beyond. I am proud to say that I am now a resident of Resultsville,USA! Flexible schedules, dedication and encouragement... Definitely a brand you can trust.

I started my fitness journey March 2015, before joining RHBC Fitness I always looked for a “Get Skinny Scheme” I never wanted to put in the work to actually lose the weight I gained. I tried several trainers only to work out for a little while and after a few weeks quit. I never felt a connection with any of my previous trainers, I felt like they would give me an exercise to do or throw me on a crazy diet and send me home.... I never felt motivated.
One day that changed, I sent out a “CRY FOR HELP” LOL on IG and one of my friends told me about Terrell, he told me he was a great trainer. I was hesitant at first because I’ve tried so many other trainers before and was unsuccessful each time. Once joining the RHBC family I felt right at home. Terrell defiantly cares about his clients and about the goals they have for themselves. He motivates you in ways you wouldn’t believe, he runs, walks, and encourages you every step of the way! He EVEN DANCES lol. I’ve been going to him 4 times a week and since March, waking up at 3:30am 4 times a week to make my 4 am sessions and not one time did he ever complain or change his goofy personality. I’m so happy I decided to take the steps to become a better me. RHBC is more than just “client, trainer” relationships, it’s more like a family!

When I was introduced to RHBC I was in the middle of a bad roller coaster ride. I could do the Atkins diet and lose 20 to 25 lbs. and then I would level off, get frustrated and find myself in front of somebody's Carryout getting the No5. with extra Mumbo Sauce! We started out in my basement with me weighing in at 277 lbs. Everything was fine a few jumping jacks and etc. Once he'd leave I'd smoke one of my 20 cigarettes I was smoking every day. All that came to a screeching halt, when we went on our first run. I said either he had to go or the cigarettes, something had to give! I chose to get rid of the cigarettes, that's when Rell earned his nickname from me, "Major Pain!" I call him Major Pain, but he has truly transformed my life. I started this party in May weighing in at 277, now I'm down to 242 lbs. Most importantly, I'm 8 lbs. below where I would normally give up. I've even got my son coming to boot camp as well.
